Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These terms cover your use of oftenvisible.garden and the services Oftenvisible Heating & Air offers through it. If you use the site, call the number on it, or send a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What Oftenvisible Heating & Air Does

Oftenvisible Heating & Air is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent HVAC providers. We do not do heating, cooling, repair, maintenance, or installation work. We are also not part of any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Run Their Own Business

The providers you meet through us are independent businesses. Each one alone is responsible for its estimates, prices, schedule, workmanship, equipment, warranties, licenses, insurance, and conduct. We do not hire, manage, or control them. We make no promise about when a provider is available to come, how fast one replies, or how the work turns out.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials. Ask for proof of insurance. Get a quote in writing.

Information Only, Not Advice

The content here is general information. It is not professional, legal, safety, or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures. They change from job to job, and they are not quotes. Comments about efficiency are general, and they do not promise any energy savings. Confirm details with a qualified provider.

What We Ask of You

Give us accurate information when you reach out. Use the site for lawful purposes only. Do not misuse it, disrupt it, or try to get in by unauthorized means.

Calls, Texts, and Emails

When you call or send a form, you agree that we, and the provider we match you with, may contact you about your request. This may be by phone, text, or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Just email contact@oftenvisible.garden.

Who Owns the Site Content

The text and design of this site belong to Oftenvisible Heating & Air or those who license it to us. Do not copy or reuse them for business purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

The law sets the limit here, and we use all of it. Oftenvisible Heating & Air is not liable for loss or damage that comes from your use of the site, from a provider's services, or from any deal between you and a provider. The site is offered on an as-is basis, with no warranties of any kind.

Changes to These Terms

We may change these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
