We Refer, We Do Not Repair

Oftenvisible Heating & Air is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent HVAC providers. We do not do AC repair, furnace repair, maintenance, system installation, or any other heating and cooling work.

When you call the number on this site or send a form, your call or request may go to an independent provider. It may also go to a marketing partner that works with providers near you.

How We Earn Money

Providers or marketing partners may pay Oftenvisible Heating & Air for the calls, form requests, or other referrals we send. The payment may depend on things such as how long a call lasts or whether someone answers it. We may be paid even if you never hire the provider.

This payment does not change what a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for work you agree to. The provider sets the price.

Providers Stand on Their Own

Providers are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents, or partners of Oftenvisible Heating & Air. Each one alone is responsible for:

• Its estimates, prices, and terms
• The quality and timing of its work
• The equipment it installs and any warranty it offers
• Its licenses, insurance, and certifications
• How it talks and behaves with you

Being connected with a provider is not an endorsement. It is also not a promise about the work. Because of how we are paid, the provider you reach depends on which providers are in our network at that moment.

The Decision Is Yours

You never have to hire a provider we connect you with. Ask questions. Check credentials. Get a quote in writing. Compare other quotes, then decide.

Calls made through this site may be tracked. Some may be recorded. We do this for quality, verification, and billing.
